ACAR regularly hosts a broad range of curated events including private dinners, corporate networking evenings, patron and collector gatherings, leadership forums, artist talks and private cultural salons. The Gallery Experience

Set across two storeys, the ACAR Arts Centre gives every event room to unfold. Guests arrive through the foyer, which works well for welcome drinks and registration, before moving into the large main gallery. This is the heart of the space, suited to seated dinners, cocktail receptions, speeches and presentations. Four smaller gallery rooms offer quieter spaces for intimate conversation, private tours or breakout sessions.

Every event takes place among contemporary works by Australian and Chinese artists, so the art becomes part of the experience. We can enrich your event with curator-led introductions, artist talks, live portrait sketching, collector previews, curated wine experiences, and bespoke music and styling.
